Deposit and Payment Terms: A deposit of 20% via debit or credit card is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to card on file upon completion of the service.

Rescheduling and Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable if you're cancelling within 24 hours of the cleaning. Rescheduling is available at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours before the schedule service. Rescheduling same day or within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee.

Agreement: By paying the deposit, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Pricing Adjustments: Prices are subject to change based on additional bedrooms, bathrooms, office spaces, time it takes to complete, square footage, or if the property's condition differs from the initial description provided during the booking call.
